Pale straw in colour, this Grüner Veltliner presents aromas of crisp apples, tinned peaches in syrup, and delicate white pepper. Floral notes of lilies, blossom, and alpine meadow add an elegant dimension. The palate has a gentle viscosity upon entry, fresh, juicy acidity balanced between a fine, minerally dryness. Mid to light in weight, it reveals flavours of sliced apple, light pear, and white peaches, alongside hints of pepper and celery, lingering on the finish. Marvellously understated.
